Bowie Nature Park is offering a free evening walk on Tuesday, November 10, built around the park's history and the ghost stories told about it. The walk runs from 7 to 9 p.m., and walkers are asked to gather at the Lake Van shelter at 6:30 p.m.
The guide is Eric Freeman Sims, whom the flyer describes as a paranormal researcher, author and investigator. He will take the group through local lore and legends connected to the park.
Admission is free, but only the first 25 people to register can go, and everyone on the walk must be 16 or older. Free tickets are booked online at theknighthouseky.com/bookaninvestigation.
The flyer carries the logos of Bowie Nature Park and The Unseen Productions. The park is at 7211 Bowie Lake Road in Fairview.
