Residents in Zone 4 are due for curbside leaf pickup on Tuesday, November 24, according to the City of Fairview's events calendar.
The city says Zone 4 is collected on the fourth Tuesday of the month during leaf season, which runs from the first Tuesday in November through the fourth Tuesday in March. The city is divided into four zones for removal services, and each zone has its own Tuesday: Zone 1 on the first, Zone 2 on the second, Zone 3 on the third and Zone 4 on the fourth.
Chipper service covers the rest of the year, running from the first Tuesday in April through the fourth Tuesday in October.
Zone maps and schedules can be downloaded from the city's website. Anyone with questions or concerns about leaf or chipper service can email mhowell@fairview-tn.org or call (615) 387-6082.
