Foreshadowing Fox Roasters is a coffee trailer at Meeting Place Church on Highway 96, run by owner and roaster Ellen Hawkins, who has ten years behind the counter as a barista and seven as a roaster.
Open Wednesday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. On Saturdays the trailer is usually somewhere else, often the farmers market at Meseck Family Chiropractic or an event, and every change of place or hours goes up first on Instagram and Facebook at @foreshadowingfoxroasters.
Every bean is organic and roasted to a medium level, and the syrups are made in house from organic ingredients. Guatemalan is her favorite origin, alongside other Central American beans and, depending on the harvest, some from Africa. There are bags of freshly roasted whole beans, specialty coffee drinks and organic herbal loose-leaf teas. Order ahead online through the link on her socials, or at the trailer.
